Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed before 2pm UK time on a business day start processing the same day). Delivery then takes 4–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland may take 1–3 days longer. Is delivery really free?
Yes — standard tracked UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are free — we provide a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days of your return being approved. Full returns policy.
Can I exchange for a different colour?
Yes, we can swap for the same bag in a different colour, subject to stock. The quickest option is usually to return the original and place a new order.
